Full job description

The Opportunity

As a Managed Services, Epic Certified Senior Associate you will support client service engagements by analyzing complex issues, managing assigned workstreams, and developing deliverables within Epic Consulting. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, interpret feedback, guide junior team members, and navigate ambiguity while deepening your knowledge of the firm’s methods and technology resources. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to managed services work within our Management Consulting practice, apply critical thinking to break down complex concepts, and support delivery efforts that align with client needs and broader project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Epic managed services workstreams across healthcare operations and electronic health record environments

  • Analyzing client requirements and translating business needs into Epic system configurations and functional recommendations

  • Monitoring service requests, incidents, and change activities to help maintain stable application performance

  • Troubleshooting application issues, documenting findings, and escalating complex items when deeper technical review is needed

  • Collaborating with healthcare technology teams to support implementation, enhancement, and optimization efforts

  • Reviewing data, workflows, and user feedback to identify process improvements and application gaps

  • Preparing documentation, status updates, and deliverables that support ongoing service delivery and client reporting

  • Guiding junior team members by sharing application knowledge, reviewing assigned tasks, and reinforcing delivery standards

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree

  • At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree

  • Holding Epic certification for managed services delivery

  • Applying Epic software knowledge in healthcare settings

  • Using analytical reasoning to interpret health data trends

  • Navigating client service workstreams with changing priorities

  • Mentoring junior team members through complex assignments

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
