Assist with EIs monthly newsletter, including research, drafting copy, and creating the email within EIs email platformAssist with administration of EIs weekly UT Energy Symposium speaker series, including communicating with speakers, publicizing the talks, updating the talk webpages, posting videos, and keeping track of the status of these tasksAssist with all aspects of EIs events, including communications, materials, planning, logistics, and on-site supportAssist with updating and reporting on EIs websites and social mediaSupport operation of the EI office
