Full job description
Capture photos and videos of lab activities, classroom activities, seminars, events, student activities, and other Institute-related programs.Edit short videos, photos, and digital media content for use on social media, newsletters, websites, and marketing materials.Assist with maintaining and updating website content, including news items, event information, faculty and student highlights, research accomplishments, and general Institute updates.Support newsletter preparation by gathering content, organizing images, formatting updates, and assisting with written communications.Help promote Institute events, research accomplishments, student achievements, and other marketing and outreach initiatives.Monitor social media channels and assist with responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Maintain digital files, media libraries, and communications materials in an organized and accessible manner.Assist with other marketing, outreach, and communications projects as assigned.
