Student Organizations Student Associate Fall 2026

Facilitate the day-to-day operations of the Student Organization Center (SOC) and the Art Center by managing room reservations, scheduling meetings and coordinating resources for student organizations, while serving as a primary point of contact and providing clear, accurate information about SOC services, policies and procedures through in-person, email and phone communication. Provide guidance to registered and sponsored student organizations by interpreting institutional policies, procedures and available campus resources. Support Longhorn Orientation by assisting with Student Organizations initiatives. Facilitate workshops and panel discussions, provide feedback to participants and support student leader development in areas such as officer transitions, organization management and sustainability. Serve as a peer coach to student organizations by facilitating consultations, providing guidance on leadership development, relaying relevant University policies and supportingorganizational growth and team dynamics. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry and maintaining up-to-date records. Assist with student organization registration processes. Support student organizations in achieving their organizational goals. Other related duties as assigned.
