Following a planned executive leadership transition, the Board of Directors of Alternatives, Inc. is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as our next Chief Executive Officer. Since 1980, Alternatives has partnered with state and federal agencies to provide supervision, treatment, education, and reentry services that enhance public safety and support meaningful behavioral change. Today, Alternatives operates as a $20 million organization serving individuals and communities throughout Billings, Montana and surrounding areas. The Opportunity The CEO will lead a well-established nonprofit organization with a strong reputation, talented leadership team, dedicated staff, and longstanding partnerships throughout Montana's criminal justice and behavioral health systems.
