Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, detail orientated, and talented individual for the position of PIV/HSPD12 Registrar.
Job Description:
Summary: The PIV/HSPD12 Registrar will be responsible for processing, tracking and issuing badges for all staff and visitors.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Receive review and process access badge request forms and associated documentation, ensuring that all forms are properly completed and approved for issuance.

Complete the issuers portion of the PIV badge for after ID verification has been accomplished.

Manage the schedule for enrollment workstations in case of scheduling conflicts.

Verify the sponsorship information with the Applicant

Verify and scan Applicants two identity source (I-9) documents.

Capture the applicants facial image in the system via a digital photo.

Capture ten rolled fingerprints into the system.

Flag any issues during enrollment

Print PIV cards once approval from Sponsor/COR is received.
Requirement:
-
Minimum High School Diploma or GED – Two-year college degree preferred

Two (2) years experience
Skills:
-
Must have in-depth knowledge and experience with an HSPD-12 compliant Physical Access Control System. Must be able to provision and de-provision ICE PIV card via the Card Authentication Key (CAK) as required. Monitor organizational email box and respond as required.

Experience and knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Requirements: This position requires employees to be willing and able to: sit, bend, reach, stoop, squat, stand, and walk.
Communication: Excellent customer service via phone and face to face conversation, excellent written and oral command of English.
