What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the team.

• Oversee daily field service operations

• Enter daily huddle number (includes: sales, sold hour, MTD, TGLS, & HG sold)

• Navigate customer complaints/concerns to reach an agreement/understanding.

• Gather equipment/materials needed for Installs- for installers to be able to gather & go.

• Answer questions regarding WaterFurnace geothermal ( as best as possible) for customers and sales people.

• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure the right technicians and resources are assigned to each job

• Monitor KPIs, callbacks, labor hours, service quality, and overall department performance

• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for results

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard technicians

• Identify training needs and help technicians continue developing their skills

• Ensure OSHA, safety, and company standards are followed

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and controlling service-related expenses

• Partner with dispatch, sales, technicians, and leadership to improve operations

• Identify problems quickly and implement solutions

• Build a positive, accountable, high-performing service team

• Comfortable managing KPIs, productivity, revenue, and service performance

• Ability to handle customer escalations and high-pressure situations

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Safety-focused with knowledge of OSHA and field safety requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
