Compliance Clerk

Leggett & Platt is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Clerk to maintain our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and support compliance efforts at our Berwick facility. This role ensures audit readiness, accurate quality reporting, and continuous improvement within operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Maintain and control ISO 9001:2015 documentation and records 2. Plan and conduct internal audits; track corrective actions to closure 3. Support external audits and ensure ongoing audit readiness 4. Track and report quality metrics, KPIs, and customer issues 5. Maintain calibration records and quality logs 6. Support continuous improvement initiatives and training coordination 7. Provide light safety support (recordkeeping, metrics tracking, audit assistance) 8. Assist with basic inventory controls Qualifications 1. High school diploma or equivalent required 2. Experience in quality, manufacturing, or administrative roles preferred 3. Strong attention to detail and organization 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) 5.
