Full job description
About Revel At Revel, we are revolutionizing the way the world’s most critical hardware is controlled across aerospace, automotive, energy, and manufacturing sectors. Our next-generation software stack combines an intuitive command/control interface, a specialized programming language tailored for hardware control, and a high-performance runtime environment. We empower engineers to build, test, and deploy critical systems rapidly, reliably, and safely.
Role Overview We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to shape how the market understands and adopts Revel. This role owns positioning and messaging for Revel's product suite, drives adoption of new capabilities through launches and enablement, and builds the content that proves our value to technical and executive buyers. You will translate complex technical capabilities into narratives and assets that make Revel the platform of choice for critical hardware operations. You will own product launches end to end, arm sales with the collateral and proof points they need to close deals, and build content, case studies, and thought leadership that establish Revel as the leader in hardware-agnostic test and control software.
What You'll Do Product & Feature Launches
-
Own the launch process for new products and features: define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans, and coordinate cross-functionally to hit agreed targets for adoption, activation, and usage within a defined window after launch.
-
Translate roadmap investments into business outcomes by working closely with product and engineering to understand what's shipping and why it matters to customers.
-
Build launch assets: release notes, landing pages, in-product messaging, demo scripts, and internal briefs that get the field ready to sell new capabilities.
Sales Enablement
-
Build and maintain sales collateral (one-pagers, battlecards, competitive positioning, ROI narratives) that helps the sales team win deals and progress pipeline.
-
Partner with sales leadership (Robert, Cole, Hunter) to identify gaps in enablement and close them with targeted content and training.
-
Develop vertical-specific positioning (e.g. nuclear, aerospace) and proof points anchored in verified customer evidence.
Content & Thought Leadership
-
Own a content calendar spanning case studies, blogs, product announcements, and thought leadership that builds Revel's reputation and share of voice in its core markets.
-
Partner with customers and engineers to draft case studies and testimonials that demonstrate real-world impact, with no claims beyond what's verified.
-
Work with engineers to translate technical updates into content for both technical and executive audiences.
Cross-functional Collaboration
-
Report to the Director of Product Marketing, and work closely with design, product, sales, and test engineers.
-
Partner with designers on visual assets and with product teams on launch timing and scope.
-
Track and report on impact: share of voice, launch adoption metrics, and pipeline contribution from content.
What we are looking for
-
3-5 years in product marketing, with direct experience owning product or feature launches (exceptional candidates with less experience and strong fit will be considered).
-
Proven ability to write and position for a technical domain (aerospace, defense, engineering, industrial software, or similar "hard tech" space).
-
Clear understanding of how launches, content, and enablement fit into a broader marketing funnel and business strategy.
-
High capacity to learn a complex technical domain quickly and turn it into credible, differentiated positioning.
Bonus Points
-
Previous experience at a high-growth startup or in the aerospace/defense/nuclear industry.
-
Background in technical writing, PR, or executive communications.
-
Experience managing corporate social channels and building an audience.
Why Revel
-
You will report directly to the Director of Product Marketing, with close collaboration across design, product, sales, and test engineering.
-
This role offers direct exposure to the front lines of hardware testing, including time (virtual and occasionally on-site) at facilities like rocket engine test stands and nuclear reactor sites.
-
Competitive salary, substantial equity, and fast personal growth in a deeply technical career
-
Small, ambitious team where your impact is immediate and visible
