Duties

• You will serve as a Program Analyst (Senior) serves as the established expert performing research to gain and formalize information for a project or program.
• You will assist in performing research to gain and formalize information for a project or program.
• You will collaborate and resolve issues across many functional and technical areas such as test and evaluation, engineering, production procurement, user requirements, contract requirements, delivery, support, and sustainment.
• You will develop methodology to conduct analytic assessments in accordance with developed and published products plans such as integrated master plans and schedules.
• You will report status of project or program by developing and establishing metrics that support assessment and management.
• You will review, write, and coordinate program and acquisition documentation required to support or meet program and project milestones with multiple internal and external organizations.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-2 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Expert knowledge and skill in the Defense Acquisition System. Includes knowledge of key activities and documentation requirements of each phase of the acquisition life cycle for all categories of programs; supporting and/or managing a project/program through its acquisition life cycle. Expert knowledge and skill to achieve expressed goals and objectives of the program through interaction and coordination in a team environment, to include consistent interface with higher headquarters, including establishing positive working relationships with peers and subordinates as well as superiors both internal and external to the program. Relocation incentives as described in 5 USC 5753 "may" or "may not" be authorized in accordance with applicable travel regulations, command policy and available command funding You will serve as a Program Analyst on the Ammunition Procurement & Sustainment team in Program Manager Combat Support Systems. The program analyst serves as the IPT Lead for the acquisition, life-cycle management, and sustainment of Artillery Munitions and Missiles for Marine Corps ground combat units. This position impacts lethality, fire superiority, and combat readiness of Marine Corps units and is inseparable from the combat effectiveness of the MAGTF and the survivability of Marines engaged in decisive action. Several vacancies may be filled. This position is eligible for part time, full time or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
