We are seeking a Business Consultant to provide specialized Symitar EASE™ services to larger-asset clients, bridging standard support and advanced assistance.

This remote position requires candidates to live within approximately 70 miles of an office in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

This position does not offer current or future immigration sponsorship, including H-1B or PERM.

All positions may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding to verify identity.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients’ processing, data center, and complex technical needs.

  • Coordinate client and vendor integrations with the EASE Data Center.

  • Lead regular client calls, review strategic plans, and align Jack Henry resources for projects, testing, training, and deployment.

  • Provide status updates, monitor cases, and partner with the Customer Relationship Manager to support escalations.

  • Identify process improvements and future client needs, document solution approaches, use data insights to improve performance, and communicate opportunities to the appropriate sales team.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial institution back-office environments or FinTech.

  • Must also be available to work one on-call shift per calendar year

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of the Symitar Core.

  • Advanced knowledge of SMA OpCon Solution Manager automation and SFTP.

  • Outstanding communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to define requirements, analyze processes, and recommend improvements.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines.
