Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $21 - $21 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Sheer Operating Assistant:

• Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of shearing equipment

• Load and unload materials for the shearing process

• Measure and inspect materials to ensure accuracy and quality standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any issues to supervisors

• Assist with packaging, labeling, and moving finished products

• Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

• Ability to read and use measuring tools such as tape measures and gauges

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a production environment for extended periods

• Must be dependable and maintain a strong safety record

• Background Check and Drug test required
