Local Team Collaboration:

• We take pride in our well-established team at Texas Health Hughley of 4 physicians, 2-night APP’s, with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.

• Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.

Qualifications:

• Board certification/eligibility in internal medicine is preferred, or family medicine with 3+ years of Hospitalist experience as well.

• We provide in-house licensing and credentialing support.

• Now accepting 2027 graduates for this position.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

• 7-days-on/7-days-off schedule.

• You will rotate through night calls with the other doctor and are not required to go in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care to an average of 18 patients per day at our 137-bed hospital.

• There will be an APP covering the nights.

• No Procedures.

• EMR is EPIC.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Day Shift rate is $1,475 at 91.25 shifts and $1,725 at 91.25 shifts (when on call).

• Night calls are $250/night.

• All-in base is around $312,000.

• Eligible for RVU and Quality bonus.

• Full benefits, including CME allowance.
