Full job description

Job Duties

Must be willing to travel, normally 2 weeks on the road / 1 week home. Airfare, hotel and daily per diem included

As Field Supervisor, you’ll oversee field operations and guide installation teams from project kickoff through completion.

  • Direct installation of sanitary stainless systems including piping, and structural platforms

  • Organize site setup while coordinating labor, materials, and equipment requirements

  • Monitor installation progress to ensure quality, efficiency, and schedule alignment

  • Train and mentor installers to improve team performance and craftsmanship

  • Act as the on-site leader representing company standards with clients and contractors

Minimum Education Required

This role requires both technical knowledge and the ability to lead teams in a demanding field environment.

  • Strong background in sanitary process installation and stainless system assembly

  • Proficiency in TIG welding, pipefitting, and sheet metal fabrication practices

  • Experience supporting rigging operations with crane or telehandler lifts

  • Ability to read P&IDs, blueprints, and technical drawings for accurate installations

  • Confident communicator who keeps teams aligned and projects moving forward

Minimum Experience Required

We’re looking for experienced professionals who bring both hands-on knowledge and leadership ability.

  • 5+ years in the sanitary process or food equipment industry

  • 2+ years leading installation teams or field crews

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DOT physical requirements

  • Commitment to safety, organization, and high-quality workmanship
