The Role: PR Assistant
We’re seeking a PR Assistant to support Clark’s public relations and communications efforts. In this fully onsite role, you will play an important part in executing PR campaigns, managing media relations, contributing to content creation, and increasing Clark’s presence across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and compelling.
What You’ll Do

Assist in the development and execution of PR strategies and campaigns

Draft press releases, pitches, and communications materials

Monitor media coverage and report on PR metrics

Coordinate interviews and media opportunities for Clark executives

Maintain relationships with media contacts and track outreach activity

Organize PR events and support logistics for industry conferences

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams on joint initiatives

Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations for response and engagement
Who You Are
-
1+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field, ideally in B2B technology or SaaS
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive
-
Comfortable in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment

Able to handle multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines

Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Experience in high-growth startups or tech PR agencies

Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR databases

Understanding of the AI or SaaS industry landscape
