Full job description
The Facilities & Compliance Coordinator (FCC) is directly accountable to the Maintenance Manager (MM) of Alternatives, Inc. The position coordinates agency facility maintenance, vendor services, preventative maintenance activities, documentation, and applicable facility compliance requirements. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and documenting maintenance activities, with hands on maintenance performed on a limited, as needed basis. The Facilities & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Alternatives' facilities, equipment, and compliance requirements are maintained and documented. Core duties include: Conduct facility and grounds inspections to identify maintenance and safety concerns. Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendor services across agency facilities. Track and document inspections, testing, certifications, and compliance requirements. Monitor building systems, life safety equipment, security systems, and agency vehicles. Support audits, regulatory reviews, purchasing, and facility-related projects. Assist with minor repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance requests as needed.
