Job Duties

Responsible for designing solutions in S4 Hana SAP On premise and Cloud ERP systems and Interfaces with external systems like Descartes (TMS) and Edicom (e-invoice), CRM, and Electronic Data Interchange. Job duties: AS IS analysis, to be analysis, gap analysis, business blueprint based on SAP best practices; SAP consulting in Master Data, Sales and Distribution, order to cash, pricing, logistics execution, transport planning management, billing including convergent billing, output configuration and processing, EDI/IDOC configuration and processing; configuration, RICEF development, unit and integration testing of the proposed solution, defect/issue follow up and resolution, training documentation, end user documentation; creating functional specifications, providing technical inputs and sample test data; change request management related consulting work that involves issue related discussion and documentation including solution, resource, competence and effort estimate; managing the change control process related to change requests and measuring its effectiveness by continuous monitoring of the solutions proposed; continuous improvement by defect reduction through incident resolution process, including managing incidents through analysis and resolution that involves coordination and working with solution manager, technical team, integration team and testing team; administration of SAP S/4 HANA cloud system that includes onboarding, offboarding, solution scope activation, custom in-app extension, development of KPIs.

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management Information Systems, or Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Computer)

Minimum Experience Required

10 years experience with Delivery processing (batch determination, inbound and outbound deliveries, stock transfer, order processing, proof of delivery (POD))
10 years experience with basic functions (route determination, IDOCs, output determination)
10 years experience with SAP consulting
7 years experience with shipping
5 years experience in similar role on past projects for functional area/domain and solution module, or as IT consultant in SAP ERP implementation projects
2 years experience with SAP S4 HANA Cloud Solution; E-invoicing (Edicom solution); warehouse/ extended warehouse interface with SAP; TMS integration (Descartes solution)
SAP Certified in SAP S/4 HANA Sales Upskilling, SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, and SAP Hybris Billing
SAP Certified SAP S/4 HANA Cloud for sales, procurement, manufacturing, professional services, cloud onboarding and activate project management.
