Role Overview

TheOracle EPM Specialist / Financial Systems Specialistwill support the administration, maintenance, enhancement, and day-to-day operation of the organization’s Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications.

The position will have a strong focus on Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) , including support for monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, application administration, dataintegration, troubleshooting, testing, reporting, and enhancements.

The Specialist will also support the implementation andsubsequentadministration of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and assist with other Oracle EPM applications and technologies, including Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), Smart View, Data Integration, EPM Automate, and REST APIs.

This position will report to the Director, Product Owner / Financial Systems and will work closely with FP&A,Accounting,IT, business users, Oracle, and external implementation partners.

How you will make an impact

  • Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Oracle FCCS application.

  • Provide hands-on support during monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

  • Monitor and support data loads, consolidations, eliminations, intercompany activity, currency translation, calculations, and financial reporting.

  • Provide day-to-day functional and technical support to Oracle EPM users.

  • Participate in requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support activities.

  • Work with FP&A, Accounting, IT, Oracle, and implementation partners to resolve application and data issues.

  • Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of FCCS and other Oracle EPM enhancements.

  • Work with the Director and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into approved system changes.

  • Support the implementation of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).

  • Participate in requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and user training.

  • Assist with reconciliation profiles, formats, workflows, mappings, rules, approvals, and Transaction Matching.

  • Support the administration and maintenance of Oracle EDMCS, including metadata requests, approvals, validations, subscriptions, viewpoints, mappings, and hierarchies.

  • Support metadata synchronization across Fusion GL, FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, and other financial applications.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, ora relatedfield.

  • 5+ years of Oracle Hyperion / Oracle EPM Cloud experiencein administration, implementation, development, consulting, or production support.

  • Strong hands-on experience withOracle FCCSis preferred.

  • Experience supporting financial consolidation, close, and financial reporting processes.

  • Experience withARCSis preferred.

  • Experience or exposure toEDMCS, EPBCS / Planning, and Smart Viewis desirable.

  • Experience withOracle EPM Data Integration / Data Management.

  • Experience withOracle Fusion Cloud ERP / General Ledger integrationsis preferred.

Work Environment & Preferences

  • Preferred Schedule: Hybrid- 4 days per week in the Corporate office (Horsham, PA)

  • Physical Requirements: (Sedentary): This position primarily performs office-based work requiring prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders. Occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting of office materials up to 15 pounds may be required.
