Job Description

Our Oral Care Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of advanced composite materials and applications. This role coordinates with external partners to ensure the quality of all products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports and assists in executing strategies in team / organization.

  • Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.

  • Focuses on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team / organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives.

  • Collaborates and networks effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.

  • Develops basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.

  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.

  • Working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.

  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
