Full job description

  1. Monitor and control the operation of computer system consoles?2. Analyze and escalate reported issues coordinating resolution3. Perform data halls tasks, upon request:Securing access to the UDC Austin data centersTier 1 technical assistance for customers (hard drive swaps, crash cart connections, power cycle systems)Escort UT personnel and vendors in data hallsData Center site checks4. Receive and ship parts equipment and provide media destruction services for UDC customers. Data Center surplus is also removed and delivered on an as-needed basis5. Administrative tasks and adherence Respond to and fulfill job tasks within established Service Level AgreementsMaintain acceptable driver rating as established in Policy UTS157 in order to drive on- and off-campus utilizing University-owned vehicles.Email, project work, meetings and trainingStrict adherence to attendance and punctuality for assigned shift6. Perform other related functions as assigned. ?
