Full job description
About Circuit Circuit is the AI execution layer for the physical economy. Industrial and manufacturing enterprises run on expertise: the hard-won knowledge of how complex products are engineered, configured, sold, and supported. That expertise is scarce, slow to transfer, and walking out the door as a generation of experts retires. It lives in PDFs, spreadsheets, and the heads of a few people, and the hardest technical decisions wait on whoever happens to know. Circuit puts expert judgment in everyone's hands. We capture how the best people make critical technical decisions and turn it into agents that do the judgment-heavy work, so anyone, regardless of skill level, can make the right call, from quote to install and support, with the accuracy these environments demand. Circuit is built by operators. Our leadership team has built and scaled real industrial companies, and we are already live in production with category-leading manufacturers. We are not bolting AI onto an old playbook. We are building the layer that runs the last mile of how the physical economy executes. The Role As Sr. Product Marketing Manager at Circuit, you'll help shape how our products are positioned, launched, and sold. You'll own messaging for Circuit's core use cases, run the launch motion that carries each release into the market, and arm Sales and Customer Success with the positioning, tools, and proof they need to win. This is an individual contributor role with real ownership. You'll run positioning and messaging for your areas end to end, from customer and competitive research through launch, enablement, and web. You'll partner with Product on how we talk about what we build, and with Sales and CS to make sure that story lands in every deal. This is a builder role. You'll help establish the launch framework, enablement system, and measurement for product marketing at Circuit while staying deeply hands-on with execution. Because marketing at Circuit is still taking shape, you'll also take on broader marketing work as needed, including social, content, and executive ghostwriting.
Key Responsibilities
-
Own positioning and messaging for one or more of Circuit's core use cases, helping align Product, Sales, and CS around a unified market narrative
-
Build and run a repeatable launch framework for new products and features, including tiering, messaging, asset creation, internal readiness, and customer communication
-
Own product communication to customers, including release notes, feature announcements, and in-product messaging, and measure adoption
-
Build sales and CS enablement: pitch narratives, talk tracks, battlecards, objection handling, demo stories, and new-rep onboarding
-
Run the competitive program, including landscape tracking, battlecards, and win/loss insight shared back with Product and Sales
-
Run voice-of-customer research across sales calls, customer interviews, and win/loss analysis, and turn it into messaging, proof points, and case studies
-
Own use case and solution page copy on circuit.ai, rewriting around value-based messaging and partnering with Design on new pages
-
Develop buyer personas for industrial and manufacturing roles and translate them into messaging and content that resonates
-
Contribute market, competitive, and customer input to pricing and packaging decisions
-
Own Circuit's social presence, including the content calendar, posts, cadence, and reporting
-
Ghostwrite for founders and executives across LinkedIn, bylines, and speaking engagements
-
Produce long-form content such as blogs, guides, and newsletters, and manage freelancers or agencies as volume requires
-
Support campaigns and events with copy and messaging
-
Help define and report on product marketing metrics, including adoption, enablement usage, pipeline influence, and web conversion
Experience
-
4+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 2+ years in product marketing at a software company
-
Experience owning positioning and messaging for a product or product line and working cross-functionally to bring it to market
-
Experience running product and feature launches end to end, from messaging through enablement and customer communication
-
Experience building sales enablement that reps actually use
-
Experience writing or rewriting product and solution pages around value-based messaging
-
Experience running product communication or customer-facing programs and measuring their impact
-
Excellent writer across formats, from web copy and release notes to executive voice
-
Bonus: Experience marketing a technical, AI, or workflow product
-
Bonus: Experience marketing to manufacturing, industrial, or other physical-economy industries
-
Bonus: Experience running a company social presence or ghostwriting for executives
-
Bonus: Experience at an early-stage company as an early or first product marketing hire
Human Skills
-
Clear, fast, versatile writer who can make a web page, a talk track, and a founder's post each sound right
-
Commercially minded, with a strong instinct for what will move a deal and what won't
-
Resourceful and hands-on, willing to move between strategy, research, writing, and execution
-
Highly organized, with the ability to run multiple launches, programs, and stakeholders at once
-
Collaborative and highly aligned with Product, Sales, and CS, with a shared sense of ownership for pipeline and results
-
Curious about how industrial and manufacturing businesses actually work, and eager to learn the buyer deeply
-
Comfortable with ambiguity and building in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
What We Offer
-
High-caliber team of seasoned manufacturing and AI leaders
-
Help create a category-defining platform transforming how manufacturers sell, support, and innovate
-
Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and employer-paid benefits
-
Flexible PTO and access to the latest AI tools
-
A values-driven culture that rewards ownership, curiosity and velocity
