WIN Reality, LLC Product Marketing Manager Austin, TX · Full time Company website Apply for Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager owns how WIN’s products are positioned, launched, and sold. WIN has four products — Blast, SwingAI, TrainVR, and SmartPark — plus the WIN System that ties them together, new pricing, and a B2B line for coaches and programs. Today nobody owns messaging or launches. This role does.

About WIN Reality, LLC WIN Reality is changing how baseball and softball players across the world train to get better. Our team is full of world class developers changing the VR landscape, former professional ballplayers dedicated to improving the way the game is played, and people passionate about creating a one of a kind experience. We’re always looking for talented people to join our team, and to continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Description Department: Marketing Reports To: VP of Marketing Location: Austin, TX About the Role The Product Marketing Manager owns how WIN’s products are positioned, launched, and sold. WIN has four products — Blast, SwingAI, TrainVR, and SmartPark — plus the WIN System that ties them together, new pricing, and a B2B line for coaches and programs. Today nobody owns messaging or launches. This role does. Our strategy starts with the player. Every product fixes a specific set of signals — problems in the player’s own words, like “I can’t catch up to velocity.” Your job is to name the signal, show the fix, and make every product’s benefit plain to players, parents, and coaches. Success is measured by launches that land, messaging that converts, and a sales team equipped to win with coaches and programs. Key Responsibilities Positioning & Messaging

  • Own messaging for all four products and the WIN System, mapped to the signals each one fixes.
  • Turn product features into plain benefits for each audience: players, parents, coaches, and validators.
  • Keep messaging consistent across the website, ads, sales materials, and in-app moments.

Launches

  • Plan and run launches for new products, features, and pricing, with clear goals and a launch plan for every team.
  • Partner with Product to shape what we launch and when, and bring customer insight back to the roadmap.
  • Brief growth, content, and design on every launch.

B2B Sales Enablement

  • Build decks, one-pagers, and case studies for coaches, programs, and facilities.
  • Support the January coach season and ABCA convention push.
  • Train sales on positioning, competitors, and objection handling.

Pricing & Competitive Insight

  • Run pricing and packaging tests with the VP of Marketing and Growth Product Manager.
  • Track competitors and keep the team current on how WIN wins.
  • Run customer research to keep messaging grounded in real language.

Team & Structure

  • Individual contributor reporting to the VP of Marketing.
  • Close partners: CMO, Growth Product Manager, Head of Content & Storytelling, Senior Brand Designer, Product, and sales.

Who You Are

  • You’re a precise writer. You turn a feature into a benefit a parent understands in one sentence.
  • You’ve supported both consumers and B2B. You know a parent buying for one player and a coach buying for a roster need different stories.
  • You ship launches. You’ve run them end to end, and you know what it takes to get every team ready on the same day.
  • You listen to customers. You get your best lines from players, parents, and coaches, not a whiteboard.
  • You think in systems. You can position four products and one system without confusing anyone.

How Success Is Measured

  • Primary KPI: Launches delivered on plan, meeting their adoption and revenue goals.
  • Conversion: Lift from messaging and pricing tests.
  • Sales: Use of enablement materials and B2B win rates.
  • Clarity: Consistent messaging across every channel and product.

Qualifications Required

  • 4–7 years in product marketing at a subscription or SaaS company.
  • Has supported both consumer and B2B sales.
  • Track record running launches end to end.
  • Excellent writer who turns features into plain benefits.
  • Experience with pricing and packaging tests.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing a multi-product line or a product system.
  • Background in sports, fitness, or youth sports.
  • Experience with hardware-plus-subscription products.
