Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Primary Manufacturing Bridge: Serve as the central, on-site liaison linking major program clients directly with our engineering, production, and scheduling floors.

  • Client Onboarding: Design and lead the onboarding process for new contract print programs, setting up technical specifications, data hand-offs, order templates, and delivery SLAs.

  • End-to-End Project Management: Oversee print programs from initial project submission through prepress, press scheduling, bindery, and fulfillment to ensure timelines and quality marks are consistently met.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily on-site with estimating, customer service, prepress, and press floor production to navigate technical specifications and maintain account accuracy.

  • Organic Program Growth: Analyze active account performance to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities; pitch added capabilities like specialty binding, print enhancements, or custom kitting.

  • Account Health & Pipeline Management: Manage active contract compliance, update project pipelines within our Print MIS/CRM platforms, and proactively resolve any production or distribution discrepancies.

You Must Have:

  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years of account management, project management, or client onboarding experience, preferably within commercial print, book manufacturing, or industrial fulfillment sectors.

  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of print production processes, including high-volume offset, fast-turn digital printing, bindery mechanics, and distribution/logistics workflows.

  • Project Management Skills: Outstanding organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing multi-layered timelines and complex onboarding workflows.

  • Systems Proficiency: Experience utilizing Print Management Information Systems (Print MIS), automated estimating workflows, and CRM platforms.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach to solving technical problems between clients and operations teams.
