Full job description

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake's Global Customer Enablement team is looking for a strategic, self-driven GTM leader to own the go-to-market strategy for our customer education portfolio. This is a high-visibility role where you'll define how Snowflake takes education to market — with a particular focus on scaling our On Demand learning channel — and orchestrate across Dev Rel, Community, Partners, Marketing, and the field to drive measurable customer activation outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for Snowflake's education portfolio

  • Define positioning, packaging, and channel strategy for On Demand learning

  • Build scalable demand generation motions: in-product pathways, campaign partnerships, community-led learning, partner co-marketing

  • Create the sales enablement toolkit for education: talk tracks, segment playbooks, competitive positioning

  • Orchestrate across Dev Rel, Data Superheroes, ATPs, Marketing, and CDEV to amplify education reach through every channel that touches learners

  • Own the measurement framework: education → product adoption → consumption → retention

  • Serve as the "voice of market" for education — synthesizing field signal, competitive intel, and learner data into portfolio and GTM decisions

  • Build the business case for scaling the education GTM function over time

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years in product marketing, GTM strategy, growth, or demand generation — ideally in education technology, customer education, or SaaS enablement

  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute GTM strategy for digital/self-service products

  • Strong cross-functional influence skills — you've driven outcomes through teams you don't manage

  • Data-driven mindset with experience building measurement frameworks and ROI models

  • Experience working with or across partner ecosystems, community programs, or developer relations

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication — you'll be authoring strategy docs, presenting to executives, and building field-facing collateral

  • Comfort with ambiguity — this is a new function and you'll be defining the playbook from scratch

  • Bonus: Experience in the data/cloud/AI ecosystem or with Snowflake specifically

Why This Role Is Different

  • You're not joining an established PMM team — you're creating a new GTM function for an education business with massive untapped potential

  • Your leverage comes from influence, not headcount — you'll work across six ecosystem partners and the entire field org

  • You'll have a direct line to leadership and the mandate to shape how Snowflake's education portfolio grows

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake. How do you want to make your impact?
