Nurse Care Manager

Licenses/Certifications:State of Maine Registered Nurse
Education:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience:Two years experience in Medical Care Management - previous experience in Community-Base Mental Health Services is preferred
Job Description
Will work in the psychiatry department to provide nursing care services, screenings and assessment, client, and staff education, and will support clients in connecting to other services as necessary to meet their medical needs. The Nurse Care Manager will be part of a multi-disciplinary team. A Certified care manager is preferred. Must have a valid State of Maine driver’s license and automobile liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000.
Annual Salary – $72,800
CHCS believes in the importance of work-life balance, we offer generous leave time with paid sick & vacation time plus seven paid holidays and five paid float holiday time to our full-time staff and pro-rated time for part-time staff.
