Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dedicated, board-certified/eligible Palliative Medicine Physician to join our successful program in North Bergen. This is a 100% clinical role focused on providing exceptional, patient-centered care in primarily an inpatient setting with potential growth for an ambulatory setting.
Alongside a multidisciplinary team, including a full-time nurse practitioner and social worker, you will help to build a new palliative care program at Palisades Medical Center. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a system-wide effort to integrate palliative care, develop best practices, and truly make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.

REQUIREMENTS:

Board-certified or board-eligible in Palliative Medicine with fellowship training OR 2+ years of experience in the HPM field.

A team-oriented physician with the ability to manage emotionally challenging situations and provide personalized patient and family support.

Must hold or be eligible for a current NJ Medical License, DEA, and CDS.

In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits.
