What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment

  • Manages the compliance team's calendar and takes initiative to complete monthly compliance task Assembles data from systems and across home office and field personnel Fields questions from municipalities including inquiries that come directly to the Alcohol Licensing email.

  • Researches and maintains rates, addresses, deadlines associated with licenses and permits Processes invoices, requests checks as needed, and maintains payment records for future reference.

  • Primary support for implementation of new compliance software (License HQ) Files Annual Reports needed for alcohol licensing compliance Handles other administrative tasks for compliance function.

Education

High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Public Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

Experience

2-4 years of administrative, compliance, licensing, permitting, or regulatory support experience required. Experience supporting alcohol licensing, permits, regulatory filings, accounts payable processes, or compliance management systems preferred.
