Full job description

About AirOps AirOps is the full-service platform for brand growth in the age of AI search. As consumers shift from traditional search engines to platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, the entire ruleset of growth is being rewritten. Buyers now rely on agents to discover, recommend, and purchase products and services for them. If your brand isn't part of the answer, you aren't in the running. Our platform offers everything a brand needs to get found, recommended, and earn trust. We work with category leaders, including teams at Ramp, Chime, Airbnb, ServiceNow, and Rippling, to drive visibility and accelerate growth from AI search. Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we're headquartered in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo.

About the role We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own how we bring the AirOps platform and solutions to market. You’ll lead positioning, messaging, product launches, enablement, and ongoing product communications, making it easy for customers, prospects, and customer-facing teams to understand what AirOps offers, how our products and services work together, and why they matter. This role is a unique opportunity to apply core product marketing skills across a powerful software platform, as well as the channels, solutions, and service offerings that help enterprise customers succeed. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Data & Research, and the broader Marketing team to define the story behind new offerings, build the launch discipline required for a rapidly growing platform, and enable sellers to bring that story to market. You’ll also help rewrite the product marketing playbook for an AI-native company. This isn’t a role for someone who wants a predictable quarterly roadmap to build a plan against. Our products, market, and customers are evolving quickly. You’ll need to operate with urgency, adapt in real time, and create clarity amid a fast cadence of launches, experiments, and emerging customer needs.

What you’ll do

  • Develop clear positioning, messaging, value propositions, and competitive differentiation for the AirOps platform and its products, solutions, and services.

  • Partner with the Product and Services teams to design go-to-market strategy and execution for new solutions, services, and major feature launches—from positioning and audience definition through announcement and seller enablement.

  • Equip sellers to communicate the value of new and existing offerings, navigate complex enterprise buying conversations, and connect AirOps’ capabilities to customers’ strategic priorities.

  • Own product enablement for Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Services, and Partnerships.

  • Partner with Product and Solutions Architecture to run beta programs. Determine when a beta program is needed, define its goals, audience, structure, and path to launch.

  • Create a clear portfolio narrative that helps customers and sellers understand how AirOps products, solutions, channels, and services work together. Define where each offering fits within the customer journey, including the problems it solves, and the audiences and use cases it serves.

  • Partner with Thought Leadership & Research to connect product launches and capabilities to broader market trends, customer priorities, and the evolving AI search category.

  • Own product and solutions pages on the AirOps website.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a B2B software or platform company.

  • Proven experience marketing and selling to enterprise customers and understanding buying committees within a sales-led go-to-market motion

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional launches from strategy to execution

  • Deep experience developing positioning, messaging, value propositions, and differentiated product narratives.

  • Experience designing or running beta and early-access programs in close partnership with Product and technical customer-facing teams.

  • A strong writer and storyteller who can translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer value.

  • A highly collaborative partner who can bring Product, Data, Sales, Solutions Architecture, Services, and Marketing teams together around a shared go-to-market strategy.

  • Comfortable operating without a fixed roadmap or established playbook. You can create clarity as products, priorities, and the market evolve.

  • Balance of speed and rigor. You know when to step on the gas and be first to market, when thoughtfulness and thoroughness are key to winning, and how to do both when needed to make things happen.

Our Guiding Principles

  • Extreme Ownership

  • Quality

  • Curiosity and Play

  • Make Our Customers Heroes

  • Respectful Candor

Benefits

  • Equity in a fast-growing startup

  • Competitive benefits package tailored to your location

  • Flexible time off policy

  • Parental Leave

  • A fun-loving and (just a bit) nerdy team that loves to move fast!
