Full job description
About Centralize Enterprise sales runs on relationships, and every tool built to manage them is a database from 2005. Reps lose seven-figure deals because they can’t see who actually matters inside an account. We’re building the system of intelligence for relationships, the R that CRMs never actually had. Centralize is the relationship intelligence platform for enterprise revenue teams. Companies like Webflow, Decagon, ElevenLabs, Brex, Cognition, and LangChain use us to close their largest deals. We’ve grown 5x since last year, and customers are pulling us forward faster than we can ship. We’ve raised a Series A led by NEA, bringing our total funding to $19M alongside Salesforce Ventures, Y Combinator, and operators including Stewart Butterfield (Co-Founder & CEO, Slack), Cal Henderson (Co-Founder & CTO, Slack), and sales leaders from Figma, Box, Dropbox, Anthropic, and Notion. Centralize was founded by Rachit Kataria, a founding engineer on Facebook Shops who helped scale it to 250M MAUs, and Will Wang, who led the launch of Slack Huddles, the fastest-growing product in Slack’s history.
The role We’re hiring our first product manager to own what we build next. You’ll sit at the center of the company, between the enterprise teams we’re closing, the sales and success teams who know them best, and the engineers shipping the product. You’ll find the real problems underneath the feature requests, decide what makes the roadmap, and launch it. It’s a rare chance to define how product works at a company that’s already working, and to grow with it as we scale. You’ll report to Will Wang, our co-founder and CTO, and work closely with Rachit Kataria, our co-founder and CEO. We use Centralize to sell Centralize, so our own sales and success teams are your customers too. Your scope covers the core product and the new AI products on top of it, like next best actions and ambient agents.
What you’ll do
-
Own the roadmap end to end. Talk to customers, find the problems underneath the feature requests, and decide what we build next and why.
-
Prioritize across three buckets: bugs, customer feature requests, and the roadmap for the next few months to a year.
-
Be the translation layer between GTM and engineering. Turn what sales, success, and customers are hearing into clear specs, and make sure the team understands the why.
-
Run launches from start to finish, including positioning, enablement, and GTM with our sales and marketing teams, and shape the website and product assets with our design lead so every launch lands.
-
Sit in on customer calls with enterprise revenue teams at companies like Webflow, Brex, and Cognition, and bring what you learn back into the product.
-
Hold the quality bar. QA what we ship before it reaches customers.
-
Build the product function from scratch: how we prioritize, plan, and measure what we ship. Grow the product team as we scale.
-
Work directly with our co-founders and shape where the product goes next.
What we are looking for
-
An extremely high level of agency and curiosity. You dig until you find the real problem, not just the one a customer describes. We give you the goal, not the steps.
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can explain a technical tradeoff to a sales team and a customer’s pain to an engineer, and both walk away aligned.
-
A track record of shipping and launching products, including the GTM side, not just the spec.
-
A few years of product experience at a fast-growing product company, AI-native a plus, and you build with AI tools every day.
-
Technical enough to go deep with engineers on how our AI and data systems work, and to make good tradeoffs with them.
-
Energized by ambiguity and a fast pace. You’d rather build the product function than inherit one.
Our Interview Process We move fast, and we aim to complete this process in under two weeks. We’re eager to fill this role with the right person, and we respect your time throughout.
-
Recruiter Screen (20 min): An introductory conversation diving into your experience and background.
-
Founder Screen (30 min): A closer look at your experience and further alignment on the role.
-
Product Deep Dive: Work through a hypothetical feature with Will, from beta to launch: discovery, prioritization, rollout, and go to market.
-
Shipped Product Deep Dive: A close look at a product you shipped and how you got it out the door.
-
Leads Panel: Conversations with our sales, customer success, product engineering, and marketing leads.
Requirements
-
Remote in the United States, or hybrid in New York or San Francisco.
-
US or Canadian Citizen
Benefits
-
Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance
-
401(k)
-
Parental leave
-
Unlimited PTO plus company holidays
-
Quarterly offsites
-
Equipment stipend
