Full job description
AI Product Manager, Superhumans & Console This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.
About Us 1mind is building the next generation of revenue teams. We are creating a new category of enterprise software: Autonomous Customer Experience. Our platform deploys Superhumans, go-to-market teammates with a face, a voice, and a GTM brain that serve the buyer across the entire journey with one continuous memory. They engage, demo, onboard, and support in the moments no company could ever staff, so the handoffs disappear and growth stops leaking. Join us as we define the category and build the platform that powers the next generation of revenue teams. When the buyer wins, the company wins. Every1 Wins.
About the role 1mind is building the AI-led GTM workforce: Superhumans that run SDR, SE, onboarding, AM and CSM work end to end, on top of a shared context graph that compounds across every customer conversation. Superhumans win or lose in the moments a buyer meets one: the live conversation, the demo, the follow-up. The Superhuman Console is where customers create them: persona, goals, knowledge, guardrails, testing and analytics. Today both still lean on our team. The next product leap is self-serve craft: a Superhuman a buyer prefers over a human rep, built and tuned by the customer in an afternoon rather than by us over weeks. You own that leap. This is the PM seat for the app layer, covering the Superhuman experience and the Superhuman Console, working with our Head of Product, our conversational AI design team and the app engineering teams, and reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You decide what a buyer sees, hears and clicks in every conversation with a Superhuman, and what a customer touches to build, tune and measure one. The Agents & Orchestration PM owns the runtime underneath; you own everything customers and buyers see on top of it. The bar is unforgiving. Buyers do not grade AI on a curve: a Superhuman either beats the best rep they have met or gets dismissed in the first minute. Expect to ship weekly and raise the craft bar while you do.
What You’ll Do
-
Superhuman experience. The live conversation surface across web, voice and video: pre-call prep, in-call assists, interactive demos and screen share, post-call follow-through. Latency, interruption handling, and the hundred small choices that decide whether a buyer stays in the conversation or closes the tab.
-
Superhuman Console. The builder: persona, goals, ICP, knowledge, guardrails, preview and test, publish. You own how fast a customer gets from blank page to a live Superhuman, and how much of the tuning they can do without anyone from 1mind in the room.
-
Self-serve and activation. Signup to first live conversation with no human from 1mind in the loop: onboarding, first-time user experience, templates, and defaults that work out of the box. Time to first value is your headline metric.
-
Analytics and value reporting. The dashboards customers run the product from: pipeline influenced, meetings advanced, deals touched, not just conversation counts. You build the chart a champion forwards to their VP at renewal time.
-
Personalization. Workspace-level configuration today, per-rep personalization next, with reps holding the controls. Shared context from the graph surfacing at the right moment on every surface, so each Superhuman gets smarter with every conversation the customer has.
-
Release process. Weekly ship cadence with design and engineering, enablement and CS looped in before each release, and the design quality bar for every customer-facing surface, held jointly with our conversational AI designer.
What You’ll Bring
-
5+ years of product management, with at least 2 years on an AI-native product where the user-facing experience was the product, not a feature bolted onto SaaS.
-
Craft obsession. You have owned a surface users loved, at an AI-native company or a craft-first product company, ideally paired with founder or early-startup experience. You sweat latency, motion, empty states and copy. We are not looking for feature-factory PMs.
-
You have built or owned a builder, editor or configuration product and know the line between flexible and confusing. You can explain why a default beats a setting.
-
You think in funnels: signup to activation to habit. You have moved time-to-first-value and retention numbers you can quote, and you instrument before you ship.
-
Technical enough to work with the runtime team: you know what prompt, context and config changes can fix versus what needs the model team, and you can read a conversation trace and tell us where the experience broke.
-
You prototype with code or design tools before you write a doc, and you would rather fix a v1 in production than polish a v2 in Figma.
-
Clear writing. Your specs are short, your dashboards have the numbers that matter, and your Slack messages make sense to sales.
Nice to have
-
Voice, video or real-time conversational products, where latency and interruption handling shape the experience.
-
Product-led growth: you have owned a self-serve funnel and the pricing or packaging surfaces around it.
-
GTM domain depth: you have carried a quota, run a CS book, or built for people who did.
-
Analytics, reporting or dashboard products where customers made decisions from your numbers.
-
Enterprise app experience: admin surfaces, roles and permissions, workspace management, and the customers who ask for them.
