Occupational Therapist

Licenses/Certifications:Licensed Occupational Therapist

Education:Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy program

Experience:One year of clinical experience preferred with rehabilitation and/or home health experience ideal

Job Description

This position provides professional occupational therapy services in the patient’s home, school or residential facility in accordance with physician’s orders and agency policies and procedures and coordinates other services as indicated. Provides consultant occupational therapy services when appropriate. Provides patient/family oriented care through occupational therapy evaluation, assessment, planning, and implementation based on the patient/family needs. Must have or be able to earn a CPR certificate. Must possess a valid State of Maine driver’s license and a reliable means of transportation with a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 auto liability insurance.

Hourly Range – $30.00 to $40.00

CHCS believes in the importance of work-life balance, we offer generous leave time with paid sick & vacation time plus seven paid holidays and five paid float holiday time to our full-time staff and pro-rated time for part-time staff.
