Your opportunity
At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together.
The Communications Compliance Technology team develops solutions that support the creation, review, approval, retention, and traceability of regulated communications. Working across Compliance, Risk, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Technology, the team helps ensure that communications platforms meet regulatory and governance expectations while delivering streamlined, intuitive experiences for business users.
As Product Manager, you will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise communications compliance and traceability capabilities. You will translate regulatory requirements, business priorities, and user needs into product initiatives, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomes. Partnering with product owners, designers, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, you will guide solutions throughout the development lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition through user acceptance testing, release readiness, and adoption.
You will strengthen end-to-end workflows for communication approval, publication, retention, and retirement while improving connections among approved content, metadata, repositories, and publishing destinations. Through data-informed prioritization and cross-functional leadership, you will identify opportunities to automate manual work, improve consistency, and strengthen preventive and detective controls. Your work will enhance audit readiness, reduce operational and compliance risk, and enable the firm to manage regulated communications with greater transparency and efficiency.
