Full job description
About Neural Concept The teams designing the next generation of aircraft, electric vehicles and consumer products are changing how they work, with AI built into the core of their workflows. Neural Concept builds the Engineering AI platform that makes this possible. We help leading engineering teams in Automotive, Aerospace, High-Tech and advanced manufacturing turn months of simulation into days. We are changing how engineers work. Come build that future with us.
About the Role We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to hire the people who take our product to market: Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Marketing. Our Talent Acquisition team finds the people who build the future of engineering, and makes joining them the easiest decision of their career. The team is expanding, and you'll work closely with colleagues and hiring managers across the US, Europe and beyond. You'll own GTM hiring end to end, from the first intake call to the signed offer, mainly for the US and with support on global searches. Every hire you make puts someone in front of the world's most ambitious engineering teams. This is a chance to shape how a fast-growing international company builds its US presence, with real ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
-
Own full-cycle GTM hiring. Run searches for Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Forward Deployed Engineering and Marketing roles, from intake to offer acceptance.
-
Partner with hiring managers. Lead intake meetings, shape role profiles and interview plans, and give clear, data-backed market advice on talent, compensation and timelines.
-
Source with precision. Build pipelines through direct outreach, referrals and your own network, using AI tools to find, research and engage candidates faster.
-
Run a great process in Ashby. Manage pipelines, scorecards, AI screening criteria and reporting in Ashby, keeping data clean and decisions moving.
-
Create a strong candidate experience. Keep candidates informed and engaged, close offers, and hand over smoothly to onboarding.
-
Improve how we hire. Share what works, help build templates and playbooks, track metrics such as time to hire and quality of hire, and support global searches when the team needs extra capacity.
Who You Are
-
You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record hiring GTM roles such as Account Executives, Solution or Sales Engineers, Customer Success and Marketing.
-
You've worked both in a recruitment agency and in-house at a scale-up, so you know how to source hard and fast, and how to build lasting partnerships with hiring managers.
-
You're a heavy user of AI tools in your recruiting work, for sourcing, outreach, research or screening, and you're always testing new ways to work smarter.
-
You understand technical sales profiles well enough to assess them credibly and to pitch a deep-tech product to experienced candidates.
-
You communicate clearly and directly, give honest advice to hiring managers, and keep candidates engaged through every step.
-
You enjoy working across time zones and cultures, and you're comfortable bringing structure where processes are still being built.
-
You are fluent in English and have the right to work in the US.
What Will Set You Apart
-
Hands-on experience with Ashby (strong preference)
-
Experience hiring for B2B SaaS, AI or engineering software companies
-
Experience recruiting across both the US and Europe
-
A network in US enterprise sales or solution engineering
What You Get
-
Work with a world-class technology team. Our engineers are top-notch and we always aim for excellence
-
Benefit from a competitive salary and rewarding opportunities as we continue to scale
-
Thrive in a collaborative, multicultural environment where your work is visible and recognized
-
Develop professionally alongside talented colleagues who share knowledge freely and support one another
-
Make a global impact by helping clients shift to AI-assisted design, making innovation faster, smarter and more sustainable
-
Shape a growing team and help build how Neural Concept hires in the US
We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment where you can thrive.
