In this role, you’ll spend your day creating custom cakes, fulfilling member orders, and supporting a high-volume bakery while delivering a personalized experience for every celebration.

• Create cakes and bakery items that delight our members

• Personalize orders with decorative designs, flowers, borders, and lettering

• Deliver exceptional member service while helping members select and customize products

• Maintain bakery quality, freshness, food safety, and sanitation standards

• Use digital tools to support production planning and inventory needs

• Work collaboratively with associates to keep the bakery running smoothly

• Support seasonal events and holidays during peak business periods

• Help create a welcoming, positive environment for members and associates
