PROJECT MANAGER - DIRECTORS OFFICE, Comp Sci & Artificial Intelligence Lab, will be reporting directly to the CSAIL Director and be the Director’s trusted partner for advancing the strategic priorities of the laboratory. The Project Manager leads high-visibility initiatives and special projects on the Director’s behalf; manages the day-to-day operations and administration of the Director’s Office; ensures that the Director’s goals are translated into well-executed plans, engagements, and outcomes; and supervises administrative staff.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of four years of experience in project or program management, strategic initiatives, executive office operations, or a related field; demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept to completion, including scope, budgets, and timelines; outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including drafting executive-level correspondence, briefings, and presentations; strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working with senior leaders and external partners; excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize among competing demands in a fast-paced environment; proficiency with standard productivity and collaboration tools; comfort adopting new administrative systems; and deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.

Occasional evening or weekend work in support of Director’s Office activities; occasional domestic travel.
