Job Description

Eurofins PSS is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager who will work directly on a client site in Cambridge, MA. The candidate will coordinate Immunology translational research activities related to tissue sample analyses including support for external collaborations and interfacing with internal cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a list of active translational projects within the Immunology team and work with the finance team to coordinate budgets for these projects.
  • Manage and fulfill contracts related to external collaborations, typically with academic partners and CROs and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Coordinate meetings related to collaborations and associated administrative tasks including team email communications, scheduling meetings and data transfer.
  • Coordinate human biospecimen sourcing for Immunology research programs.
  • Manage existing and new human biospecimen inventories and facilitate biospecimen transfers across the client departments and external research sites.

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum College Degree or equivalent; science degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of direct project manager experience supporting immunology projects
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and external contacts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with relevant software applications.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Local candidates only who are able to work on site
  • Authorization to work in the country indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Additional Information
