Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach - Make a Difference in a Childs Day! Looking for a fun, flexible part-time job where you can stay active, be a positive role model, and make a real impact? Join Soccer Shots, the leader in youth soccer development for children ages 2-8! At Soccer Shots, were not just teaching soccer were helping kids build confidence, character, and friendships through play. Our nationally recognized program introduces young children to the game in a way thats fun, high-energy, and age-appropriate. Our goal is simple: To leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve. What Youll Do: - Lead fun, engaging 30-45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2-8 - Create a positive and energetic environment where kids can learn and grow - Help make Soccer Shots the best part of each childs week - Track attendance and communicate with leadership as needed - Distribute end-of-season prizes and celebrate each childs progress No coaching experience? No problem we provide all the training you need! Were Looking for Someone Who Is: - Responsible- Shows up on time and prepared - Professional- Friendly with parents and school staff - Enthusiastic- Loves working with young children - Outgoing- Willing to be animated, energetic, and even a little silly! - Reliable- Able to commit to a consistent schedule for a 6-8 week season - Communicative- Responsive and able to stay in touch with the team Soccer experience is preferred, but not required. Experience working with children is a big plus!
