A Career in Beer and Beyond:

At Molson Coors, we take on big challenges and defy the status quo. Building on a proud legacy and an incredible portfolio of brands, we’re boldly shaping the future of the beverage industry. And that takes remarkable people: curious thinkers, tenacious problem-solvers, and people willing to take smart risks and fail forward.

We seek, value and respect everyone’s unique perspectives and experiences knowing that we are stronger together. We collaborate as a team and celebrate each other’s successes.

Crafted Highlights:

In the role of IT Organizational Change Management Partner, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be part of the Organizational Change Management Team within our Information Technology organization. You will provide change management leadership and own the development and execution of change strategies for IT projects and IT-supported initiatives across Molson Coors. In this role, you will translate complex and evolving project information into sustainable, relevant and meaningful change strategies, plans and deliverables that prepare people for change and drive adoption.

This position reports to the Manager, IT Organizational Change Management and works closely with leaders and employees at all levels across the organization. You will serve as a trusted thought partner to project teams and business leaders, using sound judgment to move change management work forward even when information is incomplete or the path is not yet clearly defined. You’ll take initiative to gather information, ask thoughtful questions and engage the right people to develop recommendations and solutions.

You will coach leaders to effectively fulfill their roles as change sponsors and equip managers to guide their teams through change. You will partner directly with impacted employees and end users to understand barriers, build readiness and drive successful adoption, using defined outcome metrics to evaluate effectiveness and sustainment.

The Responsibilities:

  • Assess change impacts and readiness: Conduct impact and readiness assessments; identify impacted stakeholders, processes and teams; and translate findings into clear priorities and recommended actions.

  • Own the change strategy: Develop and drive change strategies that support business outcomes and adoption. Navigate ambiguity with curiosity and sound judgment, making informed recommendations even when information is incomplete or priorities are evolving.

  • Be a self-starter who builds trust and influence: Take initiative to gather information, ask thoughtful questions and engage people at all levels to solve problems and develop solutions. Build trusted relationships, constructively challenge assumptions and influence alignment around a path forward.

  • Drive change management execution: Translate strategy into action using Molson Coors change management methodologies and tools to drive and measure stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, readiness, adoption and sustainment.

  • Lead communication and engagement: Develop and deliver audience-focused communications and engagement activities that help people understand what is changing, why it matters and what they need to do.

  • Enable learning and adoption: Partner with project teams, subject matter experts and impacted stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop training and knowledge solutions that prepare employees to successfully adopt new ways of working.

  • Measure, adapt and sustain change: Use outcome measures, feedback and insights to identify gaps and adjust change approaches while modeling Molson Coors values through curiosity, accountability and collaboration.

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of Change Management or relevant discipline (e.g., Psychology, Project Management, Communication, Training & Development).

  • You have at least 3 years experience in Change Management, IT Project Management, and/or Training & Development or related process improvement and business management experience.

  • You have familiarity with project management approaches including Agile and Waterfall, along with the tools and phases of the project lifecycle and experience supporting large-scale organizational change.

  • You are open to travel, as the role requires traveling up to 25% of the time.

  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and can tailor your approach to effectively engage audiences at all levels of the organization, including field-based teams and external partners.

  • You build trust and strong relationships through collaboration, credibility and open communication and can influence others toward a shared vision or outcome.

  • You are a curious, self-starting problem-solver who is comfortable navigating ambiguity. You seek out information, ask thoughtful questions and take initiative to move work forward.

  • You bring strong business acumen and an understanding of organizational and cultural differences, allowing you to recognize challenges, understand business priorities and adapt your approach accordingly.

  • You are organized and thoughtful in planning strategy and tactics while remaining flexible as priorities and business needs evolve.

  • You embrace complex challenges, take accountability for results, act with integrity and follow through on commitments.

  • You demonstrate our core values through a thirst for learning, a willingness to challenge the status quo and a commitment to helping yourself and others grow.

Work Perks that You Need to Know About:

  • Flexible work programs that support work life balance including a hybrid work model of 4 days in the office.

  • We care about our People and Planet and have challenged ourselves with stretch goals around our key priorities.

  • We care about our communities and play our part to make a difference – from charitable donations to hitting the streets together to build parks, giving back to the community is part of our culture and who we are.

  • Engagement with a variety of Employee Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization.

  • Ability to grow and develop your career centered around our First Choice Learning and Untapped development opportunities.

  • Participation in our Total Rewards program with a competitive base salary, incentive plans, parental leave, health, dental, vision, 401k option with incredible employer match, generous paid time off plans, an engaging Wellness Program, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with amazing resources.

  • On site Pub, access to cool brand clothing and swag, top events and, of course... free beer and beverages!
