Full job description
What We're Researching We're running a paid study on image quality assessment and brand alignment. This work directly supports our efforts to standardize how visual content is evaluated across different media formats. Establishing a strong baseline for photographic excellence helps us maintain high visual standards moving forward. How It Works You will begin by completing a structured calibration task focused on evaluating pairs of photographs. During this process, you will judge image quality and check for strict adherence to established brand guidelines. Participants who successfully align with the baseline criteria will then move through an onboarding flow for further tasks. The entire process takes place remotely on your desktop. Who This Is For We welcome professional photographers, visual designers, photo editors, and brand specialists who have strong opinions on image composition. The ideal candidate has experience working with brand style guides and can articulate exactly why one image works better than another. We are looking for individuals with a sharp eye for detail who are comfortable applying rigid visual criteria to subjective media. What You'll Do
-
Evaluate pairs of photographs to determine which best meets specific quality standards
-
Assess various images for strict adherence to provided brand guidelines
-
Complete a remote calibration task to demonstrate your visual assessment skills
-
Participate in a brief onboarding process upon successful completion of the initial task
Who Should Apply
-
Professional experience in photography, graphic design, or visual media assessment
-
Strong understanding of image quality metrics (lighting, composition, focus)
-
Familiarity with applying corporate or editorial brand guidelines to visual assets
-
Comfortable making definitive choices between closely matched image pairs
Compensation $60 per hour
