  • Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority, using customer insight, data, sound judgment, clear tradeoffs, and strong executive communication to build alignment and momentum.

  • Connect decisions across discovery, consideration, purchase, post-purchase, account, and service experiences so individual initiatives strengthen the broader consumer journey.

  • Contribute the consumer eCommerce perspective to the evolution of our commerce platforms and future-state capabilities, helping connect today’s priorities with the experiences and operating models we are building toward.

  • Establish practical decision frameworks, working agreements, stakeholder forums, and operating rhythms that help complex initiatives move forward with greater clarity and consistency.

  • Mentor and coach team members on strategic thinking, problem framing, stakeholder influence, decision quality, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership.

  • Help evolve team ways of working by sharing repeatable practices, raising the quality bar, and building the skills and operating discipline needed to succeed as our commerce environment changes.

  • Keep risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and recommendations visible, enabling timely decisions and measurable customer and business outcomes.
