Overview

We're Hiring: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: Sun City Center, FL (3800 State Road 674)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Center open until 7 PM

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000. Based on experience.

Incentives:

$20,000 Sign-On Bonus
$350/month Student Loan Support – no end date!

We have an opening at our busy Sun City Center location and are looking for passionate Physical Therapists ready to grow and thrive. You’ll join a collaborative team of 3 PTs, 1 PTA, and 1 OT, treating a diverse orthopedic caseload with opportunities to incorporate vestibular therapy and dry needling .

Whether you're a new grad or an experienced PT, we offer mentorship, support, and career development in a high-energy, patient-focused environment. With a manageable caseload of 10–12 patients per day, you’ll have time to deliver quality care and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
