We are seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our busy practice located in the beautiful seacoast region of New Hampshire.
Work alongside our excellent clinical team! Our office is currently comprised of 4 physicians, 1 physician assistant and 4 audiologists. Interested candidates will have an AuD in Audiology with strong interpersonal skills. As part of a multi-specialty physician group with a collaborative work environment and excellent clinicians, you will enjoy:
An established General ENT and Audiology practice with a strong culture of collegiality and a dedicated work ethic
A wide range of Audiology services, including diagnostic audiometry, ABR testing, work with assistive listening devices and traditional hearing aids and cochlear implants.
Working with difficult to test populations and complex hearing/ear conditions

Job Description:
Provides high quality professional hearing care in a physician's office.
Major Responsibilities a. Maintains established CORE and federal regulated policies and procedures; objectives; patient confidentiality; quality improvement programs, safety/environment of care programs and infection control standards.
Performs routine diagnostic testing including audiometry, tympanometry, reflex testing, DPOAEs, ABR (sedated). c
Ensures thoroughness in patient/family education and provides counseling in accordance with the provider and CORE standards.
Assessment and nonmedical management of tinnitus using masking; hearing aids; education; and counseling.
Provision of hearing care by selecting; evaluating; fitting; facilitating adjustment to; and dispensing prosthetic devices for hearing loss; including hearing aids; hearing assistive devices; and implantable hearing devices (Baha, Cochlear implant).
Provision of custom hearing protection devices and recreational earmolds
Measurement of functional outcomes; consumer satisfaction; effectiveness; efficiency; and cost-benefit of practices and programs to maintain and improve the quality of audiological services.
Evaluation and management of children and adults with central auditory processing disorders (CAPD) (screening only at this time).
Willingness to participate in community and provider education and/or serve on Core Physician committees.
Education Masters Degree or equivalent - Directly related field Years of Experience
License and Certification Licensed Audiologist in State of NH or ability to seek through reciprocity CPR with AED within 6 months of hire Additional
Qualifications AuD preferred; strong interpersonal skills and a background working with difficult to test populations and complex hearing and ear conditions
Pay Range:
$75,297.00 USD - $126,499.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
