Position Summary:

The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general accounting functions, including general ledger, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting

• Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures

• Support audits by preparing schedules, responding to requests, and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate

• Review balance sheet reconciliations and analyze financial results for trends or discrepancies

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting as needed

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of progressive and relevant accounting experience
