🚨 Immediate Hiring - Start This Week!
📍 Location: Sumner, WA
💲 Pay: $30.00/hour
🕒 Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Overtime Available: Paid at 1.5x

We're looking for a reliable Maintenance Helper to provide immediate support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has basic maintenance experience, and is ready to start ASAP.
Responsibilities

Assist maintenance technicians with repairs and preventative maintenance

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Support equipment and facility upkeep

Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks

Follow safety procedures and work instructions

Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications

Experience with hand tools, power tools, home repairs, or general maintenance

Strong mechanical aptitude

Reliable and dependable attendance

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Previous maintenance or industrial experience is a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
