Join a well-established property management team as a Building Maintenance Engineer supporting commercial properties in Bellevue. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general building maintenance who enjoys troubleshooting and keeping facilities running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

• Complete preventive maintenance and respond to service requests

• Troubleshoot building equipment and perform general repairs

• Conduct routine inspections and support overall building operations

• Deliver excellent service to tenants and property teams

What We're Looking For

• Experience in commercial building maintenance, facilities, or engineering

• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems

• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $93600.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
