Job Description:
- Registers outpatient imaging patients, enters orders, and collects co-pays as determined by the facility.
- Answers incoming calls promptly in a pleasant, helpful manner, triages calls, obtains accurate information for messages, and deliver messages in a timely manner.
- Communicates with Imaging staff regarding patient arrival times, tests, and procedures.
- Identifies and communicates priority items to leadership, such as scheduling problems, routing orders, critical diagnostics, and phone calls.
- Performs filing, data entry, copying, and reporting as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Organizational skills
- Verbal interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in grammar and spelling
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
Education:
- High School Grad or Equivalent [Required]
Work Experience:
- 1+ years' experience in a healthcare, customer service or administrative setting [Preferred]
- Patient scheduling or Registration in a health care setting [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
