About Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center (BDWMC) Sun City West

Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center opened its doors in 1988 and has been growing ever since to meet the health care needs of communities in the northwest area of metropolitan Phoenix. The nonprofit acute care hospital has 404 licensed beds and is currently the eighth largest hospital in the Valley. Designed to grow with the community, Banner Del E. Webb has the ability to add an additional 92 beds, expanding the campus to nearly 500 beds in the future. Our campus also serves as a base for a BannerAir helicopter.

We specialize in cardiac services, women's health and maternity, robotic surgery, and orthopedics, among many other areas. Banner Del E. Webb is nationally recognized for excellent stroke care. We work collaboratively with patients to set goals for care and recovery, and we encourage patient and family involvement in health care decisions through our Partners in Caring program a philosophy that supports a family member's or close friend's involvement in your care and comfort during your hospital stay.

Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center was named by U.S. News & World Report for 20262027 as High Performing in abdominal aortic aneurysm repair and hip replacement.

Banner Offers : Competitive salary plus incentives, paid malpractice, CME allowance, flexible benefit package options and relocation assistance.

Additional Benefits:

  • Resident Stipend: $1,500/month, Starts 30days after signing and ends when Residency concludes.

  • Loan Repayment: $100,000 ($20,000/year for 5 years)
