Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Capital Markets/Front Office to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Front Office and Capital Markets delivery, requirements engineering, and portfolio governance and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into executable roadmaps and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between Front Office stakeholders and Technology teams from requirements through delivery.

Translate ambiguous business requests into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and test plans.

Drive multiple concurrent initiatives with disciplined RAID and dependency management.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain delivery governance and cadence.

Provide executive-ready reporting, status, and risk/issue escalations.

Partner with traders and business users to refine scope and validate outcomes through UAT and release readiness.

Support compliance with regulatory and control frameworks and audit remediation as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years in Business Analysis, Program Management, Product Delivery, or Technology Delivery within financial services.

Proficiency in requirements engineering, backlog management, and test planning.

Strong knowledge of Front Office trading workflows, risk management processes, and P&L concepts.

Experience managing RAID logs, dependencies, and executive reporting in portfolio settings.

Hands-on skills with Jira and Confluence for planning and tracking.

Preferred Skills:

Fixed Income and Derivatives domain experience.

Experience with regulatory and control frameworks, audit remediation, and change management.

Working knowledge of Excel and SQL, including MySQL.
