Each Regional Lead is assigned roughly 16 of the 48 combined Base and Add-On installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead review, analyze, and document NexGen IT real property records against physical and electronic facility folders; generate Key Supporting Documents (KSDs) and a structured list of recommended corrective actions for Government approval .

  • Lead Task validation: assess NexGen IT data, facility folders, functional space assignment/utilization, and physical inspection survey results; produce the Validation Report and support Corrective Action Plan (CAP) development across all five phases (Confirm, Plan, Design, Implement, Validate).

  • Coordinate with the Installation RPAO to identify real property line items that exist on-site but are not yet reflected in NexGen IT.

  • Supervise and quality-review the work of Real Property Analysts and Data & Systems Analysts assigned to the same hub; escalate unresolved discrepancies to the Program Manager and Engagement Partner.

  • Plan and execute site visit travel loops within the assigned regional cluster, consistent with the mobilization and execution schedule.

  • Support development of business analytics on deficiency types, recurrence rates, and documentation sources for AFCEC/CI Quality Assurance reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of installation management experience, with real estate/real property records accountability for a DoD or other federal entity preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Federal Real Property Accountability and/or auditing processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to validate real property data, including hard-copy and digital records, and to work within NexGen IT or a comparable real property database.

  • U.S. citizen (contract requirement).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct NexGen IT experience and existing familiarity with Air Force real property CATCODEs.

  • Prior experience leading a corrective action plan (CAP) process under FIAR, A-123, or similar federal audit-readiness frameworks.

  • Experience supervising a small technical team on a distributed, multi-site engagement.

Travel

Regular travel within the assigned regional cluster for installation kickoffs and existence-and-completeness inspection surveys — approximately 2 visits per installation per year per the current travel plan (a 3-traveler/5-night trip and a 2-traveler/3-night follow-up trip), across roughly 16 installations per Regional Lead.
