Customer Solutions Associate - Solon, OH

In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless order management while supporting operational efficiency across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process.

Position Overview

As a Customer Solutions Associate, you will serve as the customer advocate and primary contact for order-related activities. You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize orders, maintain service levels, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the Order-to-Cash process.

• Monitor and manage orders, resolving issues that may impact service, delivery, or billing.

• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to address order, inventory, transportation, and fulfillment challenges.

• Optimize orders to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

• Provide timely communication and visibility on order status, risks, and resolutions.

• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and escalate concerns when necessary.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in operational review activities.

Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Transportation, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or a related field preferred.

• Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Experience with SAP, BW, and Business Objects preferred.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Pay

• Pay Rate: $29.26 per hour

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

• Typical start time between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM, with an 8-hour workday (examples: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM)

• Flexibility may be required to support customers across different geographies and time zones

• No mandatory overtime

Pay Details: $29.26 per hour
